Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank (GPCFB) worked for decades with awareness in the digital space. Their online presence and donations have been extremely low for the lack of traffic and public interest. Records show that in previous years, less than 12%+-, were online donations. In comparison, their sister food bank in Atlanta had a yearly average of 28% online donations in the same consecutive years. GPCFB’s Account team and Board of Supervisors sent a request to our Digital and Analytical teams at One & All, to review their current website and identify the major problems. Some of the problems discovered came from low online traffic, metadata implementation errors, functionality errors, lack of effectiveness and its limited data measures.

Discoverability

One & All’s UX, Media and Strategy Teams worked together to evaluate and analyze traffic and metrics for the homepage, donation platform and all internal pages. Our digital team then reviewed, analyzed and implemented a new design strategy to enhance effectiveness of the website. Using best practices based on accurate data, tokens, optimizing A/B testing analysis, online trends, reports, metrics and by implementing effective metadata, we increased the user flow and ultimately guided them to the donation platform page.

Architectural | User Experience

Work with Information Architect, Research, Analytics and Development Teams to share relevant assets, libraries, statistics, data, metric analysis, online trends, and online surveys and polls observations. Brainstorm ideas, share common goals and examples. Review data analysis, event tracking, web analytics, conversions funnels, visitor recording, heat map tracking (hot jar), available technology and tools. Organize all quantitive and qualitative data, numerical and non- numerical data available

    Design first round of diagrams, user & journey flows, sitemaps and wireframes. Design roadmaps, user flows, global navigation systems, diagrams, headers, footers, utility bars and others.

  • Lo Fi Wireframe Proposed Design Layouts

    Design multiple wireframes design for the homepage, categories, sub-categories, templates, donation platform, blogs, family stories, admin login, statistics pages and much more.


Hi Fidelity Design + AI Strategic UX Solutions

Design all high fidelity desktop and mobile components and patterns, including all headers, footers, widgets, video/photo galleries, family stories, blogs, categories, based from all low-fidelity design. Work seamlessly with content manager and copy writer to be sure all main titles and descriptions are accurate based on meetings and conversations with stakeholders and executives.
